[sdw2003] OT - Surplus of older network gear..

Hello Fellow Members,

 

I couldn't really get a clear answer if it was OK or NOT OK to sent this
to the list, so I sincerely apologize if I am breaking any etiquette,
however I've seen other members post similar FYI's, so I hope that I am
in line with acceptable etiquette.

 

In case any members are in need of some older network/other gear, I just
wanted to make everyone aware that have a very large (as in garage
full-literally) of older Cisco, Sun, Juniper and Foundry network gear.
Not the newest and greatest, but in these lean times, I know we're all
looking to save where we can.  I've used some of the gear (a lot of it
still brand new in box) for some projects that I've been doing at my
place, for that very reason.

 

Examples of some of what is available: Cisco 7202's, 7024's, 7206's,
7000's, 2524 access routers, Cisco 12000's, Sun Servers and Workstations
(Netras, Enterprise 420's), Foundry BigIron 4000's, that sort of stuff.

 

It would thrill me to see this stuff serve a purpose and have a new
life, and to be able to clear out my garage :-P  It's all available for
sale.
