I'm a fan of Doug Book (http://www.joshuatree.com). He helped me sort out
our Marketing dept at a prior employer.

Subject: [sdw2003] Macs in a Windows AD Environment
Hi all,
We struggle getting our Macs to play nicely in our Windows environment...
we could really benefit from the services of a Mac guru who can help us
dial in the settings on the Macs. The main issues driving users crazy are
expiring passwords and wireless connection issues. Some issues seem to
stem from the way the Mac OS uses the keychain but it's all still a bit
hazy.
If you are someone (or can recommend someone) who will work with us for a
few hours we'd love to hear from you.
Thanks in advance,
Todd
