[sdw2003] Website support solutions (chat, session viewing)

We are looking to provide help to our website uses from both an
accounting standpoint for our current policyholders, and a sales
standpoint for our prospective clients.

I have been scouring google for chat/support providers with the
following goals: (in order)

	1) Chat
	2) Real time support (our users can walk them through X process)
		a) hopefully no remote control software install
		b) a simple view of what user is seeing would be great

The one I found that meets both goals well is LivePerson.  Kinda pricey
tho.

Another one that I am evaluating is WebEx.

Does anyone else out there have any experience with this type of
solution that can offer recommendations?
