[sdw2003] Backup Exec 12.5 / Increasing Backup

The policy of doing entire backups was in place before I arrived here, it was a previous director that felt it was the way to go.  But we do have a new boss and he might be more interested in making the switch if it saved money on backups.  For the time being I would at least like to reduce any redundancies if there are any.
