[sdw2003] OT - Cisco IOS Upgrade

Hi Ryan,

It's been awhile since I did an Cisco IOS Upgrade, but here is what I
remember.  Are you sure you got a good copy of the IOS from Cisco?  Do the
bytes match?  Maybe try different downloaders, and /or try different IOS
Versions.  Also, are you using Ciscos Tftp Server?  I remember trying to
us my own Tftp Server but it would never complete and I used Ciscos or
Ciscos Recommended one and it worked fine.  

I never upgraded a Router, but have done plenty of Cisco Switches and WL
Controllers, so I am thinking the process is pretty much the same.
