[sdw2003] slipstreaming, how to find/get all updated needed easily?

Ok, I've got an XP installation disc with SP3 slipstreamed in, but
there are still a TON of updates to be downloaded and installed after
setup.

Is there a better way to get all the updates so I can slipstream in
with nLite than doing an install, running MS update and manually
finding each update url, then downloading?
