Unless you are going to run PM trainings so that everyone talks the same
language, then it will seem like it works great in the beginning, but it
breaks down later as people let the project maintenance slip. People
LOVE to create, people HATE to maintain...
How will you merge the numerous projects together to form a larger
company project sheet? How will task/resource conflicts be addressed?
Does your company have a PM department?

Is anyone out there using Microsoft Project Server 2007 at their
company? If you are has your company found it useful?
We've had a request from some of our management to deploy it. Before
we dive in I thought I would pick people's brains to see if it is
worth the cost.
Thanks.
