[sdw2003] Call Center Director Position at Oakley

Hi all.  I just wanted to forward this on.  I have a friend at Oakley (awesome company), and they are looking for a Call Center Director.  Pay is supposedly around $120k.  Maybe a tad more, maybe a tad less.

This is the basic items needed in the job

*	Current call center may have up to 140 employees to oversee and manage
*	Outside the box at a Customer Care approach/ out of the box thinker
*	SAP experience
*	Customer Service Management experience
*	Additional Customer service systems experience (other software or systems)
