[sdw2003] Exchange 2007 Vs 2010

Happy New Year!

 

I'm setting up a new Exchange server for a customer and I'm at a crossroads
in the installation process. I can install Exchange 2007 or 2010 then
migrate the mailboxes from the Exchange 2003 server. Does anyone have any
input as to which one would be make the most sense for a company that has
less than 100 people. Whichever one I decide to go with will determine the
OS that I'm going to install (2008 or 2008 R2).

 

The domain is a mix of Server 2003 (Domain Controllers, file server), Server
2008 (app servers), XP Pro, Win7 Business and a Mac (There's always one.. ).
