[sdw2003] Stop Shutdown Countdown with Standby

I initiated a shutdown of a Windows XP system from a script.  It
popped up a message saying 'your computer will shut down in 5 hours'.
After a while, the machine went into standby.

When I turned it back on the time had not decremented.  I didn't
measure exactly, but this is what appears to have happened.  One would
expect shutdown time to be continuously recalculated from the moment
of the shutdown command.  (For values of 'one' = Todd.)
