There is an opening at Overland Storage for a Helpdesk Technician. This
is a full time, hourly position that includes benefits. Here's the short
job description:

Responsible for providing first and second level PC hardware and
software support to local and remote employees, in person, via phone,
email and using remote management tools. Primarily supporting Windows XP
based PCs and laptops running a wide range of corporate applications.
