[sdw2003] OT: Another referral request - rack installs

I've used Blackbox for Cabling and have seen their Rack installs.  Their
open racks weren't that sturdy (installed before me), but they must have a
better product out there in their line.  I've worked with thieir
installers and they are top notch.
