[sdw2003] Windows 7 deployment options...

Man, that makes for great reading!! I can't believe the volume of
comments from the Internet on this. I want to believe it, but I recall
incidents, like other posters on the Russinovich page, where NewSID
fixed a ton of troubles. How could that have been? I want to see
Microsoft's official posting of the "perceived" problem and why it's not
a problem anymore. GREAT link!!
