[sdw2003] Moving Outlook

It is Outlook's autocomplete file.  When you compose email it will suggest
the address to you if you have sent email to that address before.

Some people don't care if that carries over to a new PC, other's do.  I have
found some users use that as their contacts so if that file is lost they
freak out.  Other uses don't care.
