[sdw2003] 0x80070005 Access is denied

One thing to try is turning off or on (can't remember which it is so try the opposite) Simple File Sharing.

>From Explorer - go to Tools, Folder Options, View. At the bottom there is a check box to turn on/off Simple File Sharing.

I'm getting that error when trying to access files on an XP laptop from
a Vista Business laptop.  Firewalls on both are off.  They can ping each
other.  They are in the same workgroup.  Googling turns up a lot of
weird responses.  One that sounds like it might be useful is
http://www.pctips.smittystips.com/v_0x80070005_error.php  But the
folders on XP do not have a Security tab, so...
