[sdw2003] L.A. votes to "Go Google"; pressure shifts to Google and the cloud

That's a trend and it will hurt MS in a long run if colleges, businesses,
and others continue to exodus to Gmail. I know UOP (University of Phoenix)
switched to Gmail last year.
