[sdw2003] Outlook Calendar Items - DST mixup?

Is anyone out there having issues with users calendar items being one
hour off?

This morning when I came in, I am getting feedback from people that
everyone's calendar items are off by one hour. So, for example,
everything that is scheduled SHOULD be scheduled for 10am now shows up
as a calendar event scheduled at 11AM-one hour fast.

Looking in their calendars, next Sunday Nov 1, which is when DST falls
back, everyone's calendar items go back to normal.

In 2007 I applied all the DST patches to our servers, desktops, and most
importantly the Exchange server. Last year we did not have this
problem.

Is anyone else seeing this? Is there some recent patch I missed?
