I disagree. Users of this group do like to know about potential issues and the resolution. Posting a 0 day vulnerability for sale and stating that you are glad to not have public facing Windows machines is counter-productive to any list. Posting the knowledge of a vulnerability, how it might be exploited and possible resolutions would be considerably more useful.

Since this conversation is not going to resolve anything and is of no use, I decline to comment on it further.

In one of the other WUG lists I frequent someone else had just posted
the exact same thing (which I forwarded here) and the list members
themselves were able to infer the correct sorts of actions to be taken
(which I responded with in my followup here, those weren't my ideas).
But this list meets any talk of Windows vulnerabilities with acrimony.
The difference in cultures between WUGs is quite interesting.
