[sdw2003] Microsoft warns of IE8 lock-in with XP SP3

When I installed the inital IE8 public release it replaced IE7 and would 
not allow me to re-install a seperate instance of IE7.....Grr.....rrr. 
This experience reinforces my dislike of IE. So now I launch IE only as 
a last resort. It really irritates me when MS tries to dictate what I 
can do.
