Bob, you forgot to add into your equasion that California also has the
MOST Students with english as a second language. How do your kids test well
when they are learning how to speak, write and read english?
Teachers are getting blamed for Kids not learning - but they have
this Social Passing of elementary students...They don't hold them back... it
might hurt their feelings. They get out of 8th grade and can't write or
read or do math... yet they passed... So we start testing them in highschool
and blaming those teachers for the whole deal.
I have learned alot since Kath recareared to teaching. She ran her own
business for 20 years and stands apart from most teachers...
Gotta stop... you people don't need the whole story here.
