[sdw2003] VM Ware questions

I have questions for the VM Ware experts out there. I have a test rig
with a core2 duo and 4 gigs of ram. It has XP Pro 32 bit installed as
the host OS and has VM Workstation 5.5 on it. I need to test out Windows
2003 64 bit. I have 2 questions. 1) Will the 64 bit guest OS work in
this configuration? 2) Is the memory available to it limited by the host
32 bit limitation or will it be able to access more than the limit
imposed by the host OS?
