[sdw2003] Task Scheduler Service - Access Denied 5

Ok. I got it working.
Came across instructions on how to re-install the Task Scheduler service.

Start | Run | Type or paste: %windir%\inf | Click OK |
Scroll down to mstask.inf | Right click mstask.inf and select Install

The install asked for the SP2 cd, so I used the
%systemroot%\ServicePackFiles folder.
It then asked for the original CD an I pointed it to the F:\I386 folder.

Then reboot. Bingo.

James, thanks for trying. The re-install thing got me on the right track.

Maybe if you uninstall and reinstall the service it will help.
