[sdw2003] Server room "crash carts"

The AIS units are adjustable... a feature that I require as well...
since I am "short" in my chair.

The KVM units I use for each rack are only $500 to $600 each (Avocent
SVIP1020-001). Single user, single server. I figure a cart, a monitor
(maybe even a few of them as they get dropped off the cart) and a few
rounds of replacing the kb/mouse that will get dropped/run
over/stolen/etc is probably in that range.
