[sdw2003] Another Question- not my day- Outlook 2003 question

Today I realized that one machine outlook is unable to print html messages, print messages and reply to all.  Also, I can't recall a message.  I also uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2003.  I am able to print plain text messages however.

 

I really should know how to fix this; however no internet search has helped other than trying this- regsvr32 ole32.dll- on the run line unsuccessfully.

 

Please send any thoughts.  CJ
