[sdw2003] Web site hoster?

Hello, 

My friend just got a job in town, and one of the first things his
company wants him to do is to find a list of local web hosting companies
for their web site. They want redundant systems, FTP capabilities, and
backups and stats. Anyone want to input some company names here for his
perusal? The site isn't up yet, but it will be rather simple, nothing
like ecommerce or anything. Just loads of company information and job
postings (mostly biotech). It would be built with Microsoft technologies
internally, so I assume the same would be needed externally for
compatibility's sake...
